The organic farm project inside Palo Blanco Ranch is aimed at providing a healthy option to our residents, who will benefit from living inside the first organic residential community of the Dominican Republic. Our residents have the choice to plant their own fruit and vegetables in their own backyard, or buy direct from the community farm. The areas for farm animals will be designated at a proper distance from home areas so residents can enjoy the benefits in harmony with their lifestyle needs.

About 30% of the land acreage of Palo Blanco Ranch will be reserved for the preservation of the environment, including the rivers, the waterfalls park and the organic farm grounds. The community will have nicely designed roads with blooming flower and fruit trees, wooden fences and green lawns; also separate trails for jogging, horseback riding, or driving. The organic farm areas will be located in 2 specific zones bordered by the horseback riding trail.
