Phase 1 of Ocean View Lots
The opening of phase 1 of the ocean view lots at the Palo Blanco Ranch community will be inaugurated on December 10th, 2024. Rainy season in DR is moving the timeline forward.

Access road, river bridge
Road Implementation, architectural planning & construction begins
February is the month we start to cut the final approved roads going up the hill, the river bridge and the entryway from the main street in Palo Blanco. Architectural planning for phase I and II must be ready, construction of the club house under way and the power grid, Wifi, water line connection already in place.

April 25
Access to the Cuatro Cascadas will be opened.
Cuatro Cascadas
By April 25th we will have finished cleaning the river, opening access to various natural pools and the Cuatro Cascadas, the waterfalls by the project’s entrance.
We plan to repopulate some of these areas with trees and flower plants that will further preserve and embellish the river and its surroundings. Signs will also be added to the trails and railings where access requires it, following existing guidelines.
Hiking, ATV and horseback tours will be available to several other areas that include natural pools, falls and scenic view farmland of the area including highlights of La Turistica and Sonador.

Organic Farm in the Community
Organic Farm
By May 20th, 2025 the organic farm and local market will open to community members, where you can get fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy products. The market will also have other essentials for community residents.
The organic farm experience will teach residents how to use their own land to grow healthy foods and live a richer life through recycling and preserving the best of the environment.

The Palo Blanco Restaurant
The Palo Blanco Restaurant
By June 15th, 2025 we expect to have the Palo Blanco restaurant open to the public, a tiki hut style with a bar area, 360-degree ocean and mountain views, and a great menu.
The swimming pool will surround the circular restaurant and include a loungers area, shallow kids area and loungers. This will be a very special concept not yet done in the island.

July 25th
Scenic Gazebos
The Scenic Gazebos & Hammocks
By July 25th, 2024 we expect to have completed 4 scenic gazebos in key locations, where residents can sprawl and enjoy the ocean and mountain views. Hammocks will also be part of the design, and delivery service from the restaurant too.
By the first quarter of 2025 Palo Blanco Ranch will open the natural reserve park & falls that includes all the other falls and river areas, free to all residents. By then we will also have available lots further down by the large falls.
