Natural Swimming Pools
Biopools, also known as natural swimming pools, are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional pools. They do not use chemicals to purify the water but instead rely on aquatic plants. These plants, both around and within the pool, help oxygenate the water and remove nutrients that could promote the growth of algae and other microorganisms. Structure of Biopools Biopools consist of two distinct sections: one for swimming and another for water purification. The purification area includes filtration substrates like gravel, volcanic rock, or sand, as well as plants. Biopools can be either fully equipped with technology or operate without it.
